Abortion is the ending of a pregnancy removal or expulsion of an embryo or fetus before it can survive outside the uterus. There are several procedures for having an abortion from a pill or a surgical procedure. Abortion is an option from very early pregnancy, generally from 4-6 weeks or until 24 weeks. Abortions can happen after 24 weeks, but most be connected to a medical reasons.  The 14th amendment gives women the exclusive decision; however, depending on your state, there may be guided regulations. If you are considering an abortion, talk with a close family member or friend. The decision is ultimately, your choice; however, your family member or friend can offer advice and well needed support.
