Nutrition has a few host’ that we are able to enjoy while being filled with all kinds of antioxidants and vitamins A – Zinc.  Nutrients can be purchased from many places and in various forms.  Multivitamins, fruits, veggies, grains, water and even the natural sunlight gives us vitamin D. 

Antioxidants help to fight off diseases and are also a prevention tool as well.

Minerals promote positive growth in the body such as hair and nails.  More than 60% of bones density is due to a great source of minerals such as calcium and magnesium.

Multivitamins are great as supplements and can give us what we are missing in our daily dietary intake. Always follow the directions and guidelines when taking any supplemental aids. Also consult with licensed physician before beginning new dietary activities and follow instructions within the recommended dosage. 

Fruits are high in vitamins, minerals, antioxidant’s and fiber.   Fruits are also high in sugar and therefore we must be careful of daily consumption.  Always do your research and be sure to learn about nutrition so that you understand the allergy tolerances and intolerances of your body and for your children. 

Veggies that are fresh vs canned contain large amounts of nutritional substances. Our body requires nutrition because we need to take in great sources of minerals, vitamins, antioxidants, & fiber. To be able to get so many health benefits from lower calories foods is amazing.  This will surely help with proper preparation of healthier food choices.

Whole Grains provides the body with a great source of fiber which supports a healthy and efficient metabolism.

Water makes up about 70% of our bodies and so the benefits are endless. Water improves complexion, aides weight loss, regulates digestive system, energizes

Sunlight provides vitamin D which helps to support good for strong teeth, bones and hair.  If we do not get adequate lack of vitamin d = deficiency.
